 Re: added to my armory
i wonder what a fair price for an xd9 would be? holster, case that it came in, 2 hi-cap mags. 30 rounds through it maybe.

 Re: added to my armory
We are getting ready to change weapons here at work. Currently we are carrying the Beretta 92G in 9mm. Never was a fan of the 9mm, but we did well enough in killing criminals in 06, led the country last I checked for that time period. My job entitles me to play with lots of weapons, so they kind of let us play with the four choices up for bid. They were the XD40, the Beretta PX40 ( POS!!!!), the S&W M&P40 and the Glock. Let me preface this with an opinion- I own ONE S&W handgun, a Model29 .44mag. NEVER, EVER liked their semi autos. But I have to say, that M&P shot better than most Sigs we tested. We did start having problems with the XD after about 500 rounds, stovepipes and failure to feed. Now, I seriously doubt you guys will go that long in between cleanings, but we have to test to make as idiot proof a choice as we can. Looks like we will go with the M&P, mainly due to this and the fact that they will give us the best price. Just keep your guns clean and shouldnt be a problem

 Re: added to my armory
I might can offer an opinion on those as well. I have a county M4 that is a DPMS, 3 rd burst and semi, Eotech, plus all the cute little shit we put on em. Also have a Rock River AR15 at the house, may be getting ready to sell it as I am looking at Sabre Defence M4. Have shot purdy much everything out there. Some times I love my job!!!!!!

 Re: added to my armory
I'm running a Rock River entry tactical and after comparing some of the other brands I'm quite happy with it. Feed ramps are machined properly and overall the fit of the upper to lower is excellent unlike some I've checked out. Check on the AR forums for reviews of different brands you may be looking at. You can also build one and save a few bucks this way.
