I got a pair of the original ones you find at academy etc.. Comfy as hell. but yea when wet they become slippery. When crabbibng and the marsh mud gets in between my feet and the croc... Pooyaii thats asking to bust your ass.

I have owned Crocs befo and I like 'em 'round the house and 'round camp ... but like has been mentioned .... thay git wet .. you bust yore butt. I have tried several styles of boat shoes and I'm startin' to thank I'm much better off just goin' barefooted. Mines toes-nails gonna turn that orangy color anyways no matr what I ware and when it gits hot I walk faster when I'm bare-footin' !!!!

They have boat crocs that are not slippery when wet,they have a differant sole on them that has alot more traction.The sole is made of a differant material than the rest of the croc.

I have had them on frogging with a boat full of mud and water and all was fine.With regular crocs I would slide all over the place.They are a little more expensive than the regular crocs but worth every penny. They also last longer because the sole is tougher than the regular crocs.

I have completely worn out 5 pairs, the wife buys me a new pair every Christmas. Funny thing is I have tan spots on my feet from the sun getting through the holes. Absolutely the most comfortable ugly shoes ever. That's the best thing about ageing, I have gotten to a point in life where I could care less how ugly or gay it may look as long as it is comfortable and holds together long enough to get my monies worth.

I broke both my big toes (at different times) wearing them forkers and don't know why I stll do other than they are so comfortable. Not to mention the sand and gravel that constantly gets in them. They can be dangerous.

They need to put a forkin disclaimer on them, Comfortable as shit, but watch out you may break a leg or toe. Carry on.

I like em cuz they dont make you have stinky toes. my wife wants to kick my ass everytime I wear them with socks go figure

Buy those Crocs and buy in bulk. I need the stock value to rise about thirty dollars a share to get my money back. I have way too many worthless shares. I will say they are comfortable. I have a couple pairs and hope all of you have a couple dozen pairs by Christmas.
