Camo Pants
anybody have any suggestions on good camo pants I can order I am tired of having the crotch down to my knees when all I can find around the house is the small, medium, large bull that they sell. what brand of pants can I order in my size ? and I wear bottomland so that's a must

Re: Camo Pants
Not bottomland, but any of the Sitka Pants in Timber are pretty BA. (Pricey I know)

Re: Camo Pants
Yep. http://www.sitkagear.com/products/water ... inder-pantGrinders are the jam. They are "stretchy" and light weight. No insulation. The Gradient pants are insulated and work well under waders when it does finally cool off.

Re: Camo Pants
i looked at the Wasatch pants but they only come in the S,M,L,XL sizes and i don't care for game winner stuff because they fade quick and shrink I have short legs so I always have a problem finding pants that fit right lol I don't like the crotch being at my knees

Re: Camo Pants
I bought a pair of Cabela's that are perforated like a jersey for the daughter and had them hemmed to fit her, she's only 5' 2" and everything in her size is way to long.
They have belt loops and 2 draw straps, on on each hip. I have a couple of pairs in brush camo for dove season and early teal. I know they had several different patterns the last time I bought them

Re: Camo Pants
I bought a couple pair of Cabelas lightweight stuff on sale this summer and they're the cats ass. I also hate the saggy crotch and waist cut that always seems to be falling down... And WHY the fugg do ya need pockets that are so deep you can scratch yer knee now????

Re: Camo Pants
Get you some burlap material and go get ahold of a good dress maker and have them fit you up to your size. Then use a black mark a lot and camo them.

Re: Camo Pants
Not all $30 waterproof stuff is crap, nor are all $165 pants good. Quality gear can come in all price ranges, and friend discounts can factor heavily into what you buy. Not a thing wrong with it. Not everyone that spends extra money on their gear is doing it because they're trying to look cool nor think it's cool to have the high dollar stuff.
