Swimming duck bilge pump DIY
I have figured out how to do the whole rig. The issue I am having is figuring out the relay fuse that makes the decoy turn off and on, similar to the hidgon swimmer. The flasher fuse is too fast for the duck to swim. If any of you know what fuse or relay hidgon uses please let me know.

That would work good. A quick search and I found one like it here in the us for $8.00.
