| Post subject: | Hydraulic hoses and fittings |
I have a 2011 ProDrive. Has anyone else had issues with the hydraulic hoses or the fittings. I’ve had multiple issues with the galvanized fittings that rust and fail as well as chafing on the hoses that go under the floor and into the center console. I now use a type of tape that is thick and impregnated with some type of oil And wrapped it around the fittings with great results. I’m thinking that I need to use some type of hose to fit over the hoses and slide them along the hose under the floor to help reduce chafing. Any suggestions or ideals will be greatly appreciated. Replace them with SS braided hoses and brass fittings. |
