Ok guys, here's my dilema. I'm seriously considerin sellin my 27 Mini Lite and buyin a 35. I already have somebody interested, and I already have the new one lined up. My problem is I don't know for sure if the 35 is gonna do good on my 16/44 GD. I've read all the reviews I can find, but really don't see any pros or cons to the motor upgrade. Can someone who's runnin this setup, or has run it, please chime in here? I got a few questions to ask, like is the extra 90 lbs gonna counter-act the added power? Thanks for the help. |

I have a 16 x 48 GDSD boat that works well with a 35 GTR. |

Sold em all except the GD and T-Boy's bed to be. Craig, how's it do with 2/3 guys and full hunt load? Most of what I'm runnin in is super skinny (6-12") with semi hard bottom, I'm worried about the added weight. |

ryan and kevin ran that boat in that kind of water with stumps with the 35 gt. they loved it, they just needed a bigger hull to run 4 or 5 people. they ran 25/26 with 3 people. |

Camo, I ran a 35 hyper on a 16x38 Go-devil hunting boat for 5 years. I weight 240#'s and I could be running wide open and let go of the throttle and would not get any water to come over the transom. You will be just fine and extremely happy with more horsepower. |
