I was suprised today when a guy got stuck tryin to cross a big dry mudflat and his buddies that he was with wouldnt even help him. Just sat there lookin at him --- then went off riding,


1st off Id like to thank JPC, MuddieJeep and Terry (damn I cant believe I had to say that LOL) for helping me get unstuck today


Id like to have a little lesson here now, For you guys that just went ridin and left ya buddy just sittin there stuck --- That was pretty shitty -- When ya go out riding with a group of people and one gets stuck you HELP THEM

I understand your delima with not having reverse but there are ways around that --- THIS IS NOT A JAB AT MUDBUDDY OR GO DEVIL

he was stuck bad too, it took terry and my boat working together to get him out. that was after we cut mud channels to allow some water to get back farther to him.

WE sat their for what 30 40 minutes waiting to see if they was at least gonna try to help him out!! After seing what happend to stumps motor at la run it scars the shit out of me to pull like that for such a long time.. Its not good for these motors stock or modded!! I know the next person to try somthing like that was on his own!!

I do not know what that fella was thinking trying to cross there but that was a hell of an effort that jp,brad and terry put out to get him unstuck.

Now i'm going clean my dam boat again!!

thats great that yall gave that dude a hand..........but, if his buddies warned him not to cross there because they are tired of spending the whole ride getting him unstuck because he pulls bonehead moves every time they ride, maybe he should sit there for a while. some people like to ride, not work their azz off playing wrecker service for the same person over and over and over again. when you spend most of the day pulling the same guy out, there comes a time to let that goober sit. this guy may not have been one of those boneheads, but i have played wrecker service all day before and it hard work, hard on equipment, gets you nasty as hell and worst off all a buzz killer, so i can understand why his friends left him if he was infact one of those boneheads.

the easiest way i have found to pull sumone out that is really stuck is to hookup several boats in a straight line like a train does. this will be the most effective and is the best way to pull a dead boat on step back to the landing.

anybody in a mudboat should carry at least a 100' rope, so when u lineup 4 or 5 boats u will surely have a couple boats in deep water to get that good bite to get them moving.

it's ok to mess with sumbody, but if u leave them u need a ass whippin.

i do understand it when u have a idiot that ruins the day by being unrealistic about what they attempt to cross. eventually they will inderstand it when they do it and get stuck all night sumwhere.

if yall teamup, it don't take long to pull them out.

you know the funny part is..... i told the guy that he needed to tell his friends something. then he said one of his friends had a PD but he didnt bring it cause he didnt want it torn up . i can promise you that if i had friends like that; i wouldnt have them for long. you have perfect strangers that never met you before helping you out while your friends sit there with there thumbs up there asses having a circle jerk in the boat. just pisses me off that you could do that to one of your so called friends

That's like riding 101... You help the other guy out if & when needed. Glad whomever was stuck was able to get some assistance even if it wasn't from the ones he expected.
