Ight fellas, for those who are interested I got the account set up at the Candlewood Suites in Nederland, TX. Rooms are $65 for Singles and $75 for Doubles. She went up $10 on double bed rooms because of reducing the NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Regular pet deposit was $75, I got her down to $35. So single w/pet(s), $100, double bed w/pet(s), $110. Again if ya want it it is there, if ya wanna stay somewhere else no problem, aint gonna hurt my feelings. These rates are good for Friday Night 24th and Saturday Night 25th. She reserved 1-2 smoking rooms each night for those who smoke. The account code/password if ya wanna call and reserve a room at these rates is, "SETX Mudrun 2012".

Same here for any questions, Ryan(409)-543-8785......The parking lot will have special patrol for these two nights by my fellow workers......I also have some Sheriff Deputy/DPS guys that work in this area that will be keeping an eye on it as well. But still nothing is full proof so always lock yo sh*t and take inside the most valuable stuff.

Yea the main mgr. was there after you dropped me off. Definately makes a difference talking to the person with power. I only got 10 rooms for each night to start. Haven't gotten a ton of feedback on how many people are wanting to stay, BUT she said we could always add more rooms if need be.
