Re: 9/22/2014 early Florida teal hunt
I beleive it's significantly less than a Yeti 35. I ordered one off the scratch and dent section of K2's website and it was only $160. I like it a lot; great size for a casting platform as it's almost perfectly square.
The drain plug leaked when I got it. I tightened the assembly in the cooler and it slowed the leak. I tightened it a little more and broke it, but K2 sent me a new assembly with a thicker, softer gasket.
I installed the new assembly and for good measure I put teflon tape all over the threads where the assembly screws into the cooler. It no longer leaks at all.
I have two Yetis, an Engel, and a K2. Yeti has gotten stupid with their pricing and I bought mine back in 2009. I won't buy another. Engel is the best overall cooler of the three brands in my opinion.

Dogyak,
That's the K2 30, not the 20.

Re: 9/22/2014 early Florida teal hunt
Two things about the K2s:
1) Mine wasn't the only one with the drain plug issue; my buddy warned me about it when I bought it. That said, the new assembly seems to be leak-proof; like I said the new assembly and some Teflon tape solved the problem.
2) When I got my cooler, I couldn't figure out what made it "scratch and dent." Certainly a week or month of use on a brand new cooler is is worse than what they consider "scratch and dent" and I'd buy another Scratch and Dent given the choice.
