Unless you lease from all of these owners, you don't have it all leased up:

Atchafalaya Levee Board, Salt Dome Partnership, the Douets, Schwing, Inc. and many others. its not all St. Martin Land Co.

The Levee Board's property is right in the middle of the Platain.

This is Ben Berard, Alvin Berard's son. We have 2 sections leased. The big blind in the middle of the lake is our blind, it's been there since 1995 when we got the lease. Jack Lawrence has the front section leased up until you start getting into the lake. We paired with Donnye Bossman and mike Doucet and are sharing property all over the back of the lake and into the woods. High water hunting club has a lot of the woods property off to the back right and a small piece of the back right corner of the lake. If you serious about meeting at the mouth let me know, we'll ALL be there including Donnye bossman(Federal game warden) and we'll have breakfast whipped up for you at 2:45 sharp. Touché.

Let me explain something. Hunting leases from Levee board must be bid. If yours was not it's detective and anyone can hunt it it. I'm not. Gonna hunt it but just letting you know.
