 Re: Gator Season
Only pic I took today. The big one is 10'4". The picture sucks due to the sun in front of me. Bundy took a few maybe he can post em. There is another boat with the rest of em in it. No pics of that one though.

 Re: Gator Season
I'll be after them on tuesday with Tal. Will the rain mess with them much? I'm hoping the rain stays east of where we will be hunting gators. Randy

 Re: Gator Season
Took the last couple days off from it due to the wind blowing its ass off. Went out this morning, wind still blowing a little too hard, but we ended up with 2 over 10' and a couple over 8'. I think we had 8 total. Only got something like 12 or 13 to go. Im ready to finish.

 Re: Gator Season
Heard it wasn't worth bringing anything under 7' to the dock. The guy by my camp has only been bringing in 1 r 2 a day since the second day b/c he isn't interested in anything under 8' due to the huge drop in price.

 Re: Gator Season
I didnt take any more pics. Finished today. 55 gators in 6 days. Didnt fish Sat or Sun cause the wind was too bad. Had 4 over 10' a bunch of big 9s and big 8s. Pretty good average overall. Im glad its over. I was using my boat with the 200 merc and was burning $50 a day in gas. This was from about 7 am til 10 or 10:30. Even ended up catching 6 catfish over 40 pounds. Sometimes the bait will get knocked down in the water and ya catch a big ass fish. Anyway, Im glad Im done wit dat. Havent been able to do much at work only working a half day.
