Thinking about making a road trip from South florida. Anyone want to lend a hand and help out? Not looking for GPS spots just general direction and local intel on routes..etc. I would stay at the venice marina and bring my boat over. Thanks in advance.

What are you looking for? Go to standardmap.com and get the Venice map and you should be able to get around pretty well. I'm not sure when you are heading down but if it is late in the year, you would want to run to Pass A Loutre and hunt the management area - the wagon wheel typically doesn't hold birds late. Shoot me a PM before you head down - I will be there most of 2nd split

Watch for sandbars river is low and there hasnt been much water lately
