Went out this past Friday with a boat load(6 people) and found the reds pretty quick. Ended up getting our limit of reds, 1 flounder, 2 specs (which was a first for me) and 8 sheephead by 11PM. Before someone catches that there is 31 reds in the pics, my neighbor sropped off one red since he saw us cleaning all the fish and he only caught one and did not feel like messing with it. |

Damn yall got it good. fishing here doesnt pick up till 2 or 3 week in may! im dyin'! tuned in my bow today gettin all my arrows ready. preping the boat and then waitin til its stabbin time! Good haul man...... |

not me...I like me some catfish!!! Just asking Brooks if it was legal in TX to shoot them. I know they can not shoot reds in TX |

You could not until a couple years back ... shoot CatFish that is ..... I thank now that it is back to bein' against the law. |

Florida is only trashfish also. Catfish are okay. Down here in South Florida you can shoot the exotics like tilapia. Nathan |

man did we used to shoot them "nile perch" (tilapia). who on here knows the difference between a bass bed and a tilapia bed? its about 3 feet. if you wade fish in fl you know what i mean. |
