I went over to the storage unit last night and dropped the poling platform onto the boat, trolling motor etc she's ready for the weekend. Going to be chasing some tail in the morning & in the evenings at the local watering hole

Going deep water for a black drum tournament Saturday & into the marsh Sunday after the winds die down late Saturday night & early Sunday AM. Should be on!

I haven't been catching anything on artificial over here, only on live bait (finger mullet)

What kind of pushpole do you have? I've been looking at 18' models and the best one I've found so far (other than Stiffy) is that new Cajun Stick or something to that effect. I'm just curious what other people use for their poling platforms because normal 12' poles are too short.
