 Limits of Flounder I took a buddy out gigging tonight. We went to one of my favorite spots and lucked out. We had optimal conditions and we were lucky enough to catch a weather window. We quickly got 2 limits of flounder. We are allowed 5 per person / day here in Texas. We'll be eating good tomorrow! Stuffed flounder and gumbo is on the menu

Re: Limits of Flounder Where in the heck did you find good water ? Been wanting to go down to san louis pass,but hate to go all the way down there,and the water be scewed up because all this damn wind.

Limits of Flounder They get bigger later in the summer we saw some 20" + imprints but we were after the males. They are the shorter ones. The big doormats are the females.
We have been doing a lot of work with Sea Center and helping with flounder restocking. It is a very heated topic.
I'm going back out tonight we have 2 more people that showed up so now were two flounder short. Wind has started pumping so it may get blown out but going to give it a try regardless I'll take my camera with me get some action shots lol

Limits of Flounder The winds are whipping but I managed a limit. Flounder were tough to see tonight visibility 6". I stabbed one right off the bat good thing because I probably would have turned around. I stuck at it struggled to find protected areas and here is my reward
