Re: Fishing poles or overrated My grill recipe - coat in olive oil with a liberal dousing of tony's. Mix lemon juice, butter and minced garlic to taste in a pot. Baste with mixture while cooking and after you take them off. When scale sides curl up, the filets are ready. It's quick, easy and can't get much better then that.
