I am having issues with my new Benelli Nova pump. When I shoot sometimes the third shell does not want to come out or it jams. Has this happened to anyone? I've taken it apart and cleaned it. Any suggestions? Sometimes even the second shell jams.



For further clarification. It is not fully exiting the mag tube upon pump. And most of the time if it doesn't jam the shell gets stuck in the carrier tube.

Does it do this with all brands of shells? Are the shells that you are using real old?

I had problems with my sbe2 same thing faught it for 2 years finally sent it of was a piece cracked in the gun don't remember the name of the piece!! I forked it up when I put the gun together wrong and had to beat it back apart

I know several people that have all sorts of problem with the nova mostly ejecting out the bottom

mine does this and ejects the 3rd shell out the bottom. I talked to a gunsmith ( mike at bayou teche guns) about it and he said its a easy fix. something to do with the sincronizing.

this started to happen after 10 years of use and prolly 20k shells put through it.. the gun is worn out
