Has anyone dealt with them before. Im looking at their PMR-30. Its a .22 mag automatic. Ive been wanting a .22 mag pistol but I thought they only made revolvers in mag and didnt really want that. Just curious about that company or their products.

Shot the PMR-30 bout a year ago - very accurate and light - but production
seems to be about zero despite much demand out in the market....

Do you know a dealer with any in stock ???

PS - standard 22 mag ammo is not ideal for personal protection
but there is a "nipper" you can buy which nips of a bit of the round
nose - making them like a wadcutter and better expanding upon impact...

It is bad to the bone - my local shooting club's gunsmith got an early version
and we all took a turn with it - unlike the AMT (Automag) it shot well with
several brands of ammo - even the "modified wadcutters...

But - you can't find the damn thing anywhere for sale - or I haven't....
The older model is butt ugly and doesn't shoot half as well as the PMR-30....

Kel-Tec is hi tech and all their guns are original designs - they just don't
believe in inventory or stocking them up....

I have a PMR30 and a 380 compact. Love the 22 mag!! I keep it in the truck all the time. I figure with 31 rounds, there will be a dance party before I'm empty. They seem to be good guns. I've yet to jam one of em.

I carry the Keltec P9 I think it slim line 9mm pistol , I like it shoots pretty good!! It's a no bells and whistle kinds pistol!!
I do however covet the 22 automag also!!!

I have a Grendel 22 mag which was the original company before keltec. Essentially the same gun. No problems with mine. Get one if you can find it.

i have the 380 pocket gun and my brother has the 32 and they are both good guns, neither have ever jammed or anything, not the best looking guns out there but they seem great for what i need and the price is right too.

Their 9mm and .380 are excellent options for carry guns.

PMR 30 been "allocated" since they came out,you gonna pay and wait if you want one. get you a
PLR16,takes the same clip as an AR15. I have one with a 90rd drum, makes for a bad pistol. very accurate too.

My wife has been carrying a P9 for about 6 years now. If I remember correctly, there was an issue with it not long after we got it, some kind of recall or something. I do remember that it had to get sent back to the factory but they were pretty good about turn around. As for as the gun goes, I personally would rather throw rocks at a target instead of shooting that thing. The trigger pull is very hard and unpredictable, even for a double action.

I've shot a few of my friends Kel Tec's and I think they're decent guns, just not refined. The Ruger LCP is a direct copy of Kel Tec's design but Ruger refined the gun a lot more.

oncall, I have an LCP too and for some reason, I feel naked with that little gun in my pocket even though it's better than nothing. I bought an LCR .357 mag two weeks ago and the gun is amazing. It carries almost the same as the LCP with only a slightly bigger print but it's still so lite that you don't need a pocket holster. So even though the LCR only has 5 shots, I prefer 5 shots of 124gr .357 mag over 7 shots with the .380.

For you guys trying to locate a PMR-30, www.cdnninvestments.com has them. Download their catalog and you'll see them. They don't list a price though but I'm sure it'll be cheaper than most places.

I want some of that shit y'all are one. If you are gonna carry the smallest one should carry is a 9mm with hollow points. If it's a life or death situation I want my first shot to count. Sure people have been killed with a .22 & .380 but hell, you need to increase the odds of winning just a tad.
