nah yall, we were bowfishing and came across a fish kill in progress...the water came up through the swamp and sucked the oxygen out the water...i got pics of all the fish stacked by the shore and some video of all the fish dying at the surface. the asian carp were shot with the bows...that was fun!! used em for crab bait...

I wouldn't say it was a 'sorry' way to catch fish. If the story is true and the fish were belly up and dying then I don't see what he did wrong by picking them up. Have never read or heard of it being illegal and it wouldn't be any different than someone noodling or grabbing fish out of holes IMO. They didnt go to waist. But I damn sure wouldnt be posting it here and drawing attention to yourself. Especially since your probably over the limit on some of them. A dying fish aint gonna bite on a hook and snagging or netting would be illegal. Just asking for trouble.
