There I was daybreak, wading in one of my favorite protected coves. Lightning to north. I know I don't have long. I toss the Corky out and a huge blow up! Drag starts screaming and rod is doubled over. My blood starting to pump as I feel the head shake and see the trout launch from out of the water. She begins doing circles around me as a tighten up the drag. Those circles begin closing in and soon I'm reaching out and have a hold of her. Just then a flash of lightening & deathly crack of thunder launches me out of the bed. A little pissed to say the least, I thought I'd at least get a weight and measurement before I woke up
