DO NOT EVER BOOK AN EXOTIC HUNT WITH THIS PLACE. I put money down on a Scimtar Oryx hunt at this ranch last year, when I got a chance to go he said he had 4 oryx left. When I got there, there were only 3 and 1 of the 3 had the horns broken off. I kept my options open and decided to just shoot something else. Well, something else would means NOTHING. All the feeders were either in flooded water or in a mud hole. When I mean flooded water, a freakin pond. You would think they would put feeders on higher ground??? The main guy running the place never tried to accomodate me with any options or help. Oh, he did only charge me for only one day, since I only hunted 1 day and didn't even draw my bow back. But he did bend over backwards for some hog hunters that showed up that afternoon to hunt another area. I think they must have been his friends??? Anyway, there's more to the story but I'd be writing a book. Just beware of this place. Diamond C Ranch in Caddo, TX. BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!

That does suck.

On a side note, and really I'm not trying to be a dick, but please tell me what is appealing about going to shoot some animal that has been placed in a fence, comes to a feeder, and you shoot it?

you might wanna try the Diamond M Ranch off of 69....behind where they have the haunted hotel every year...they only have fallow, axis, red stag, sitka, and blackbuck as of now. Good friends. The owner Terry Metreyon owns a lot of businesses in the area and just opened the new County Home & Ranch store on Hwy69. Not much of a place to rifle shoot but if you want the challenge of spot and stalk it would be a good place to go. I might go this week and shoot a doe

I really enjoyed Rattle Snake Springs Ranch... http://rattlesnakespringsranch.com/

Good place, average size (not too large or small)... well worth the money and game pricing is not too bad. If your wife or lady friend enjoy the outdoors a little it is a good place for her to relax by the pool or play a game of tennis... two nice size ponds for fishing.

It was a rare occasion and we convinced them to let us hammer on some ducks on the ponds... now that was an awesome time... ducks decoyed to ripples on the water we made with throwing rocks.

If you are on a meat (doe) hunt then you can get in an out at a really good price.
