Do not use Cajun Wildlife Adventures out of Duson. I personally went with a large group and know others that went for geese and ducks. A bunch of the decoys were belly up and a bunch of other crap wrong besides no birds -too much to list. Bottom line, don't use! I used to have a lease next door to Shot's hunting club by Guyedan. It's been years, but we always hammered them. Look into Shot's or Doug's if you got the cash. |

You should drive to the Missouri Bootheel. There are several good guides/outfitters and the hunting is awesome. Prices are good and it would not be that bad of a drive for you guys in SoLa. Randy |

Aww sht just call Phil Robertson. It's only $10,000 for a blind, and chances are you won't see him. |

I know the feeling. I can't certify that ya'll gona kill tons, but there are so many geese that you will still be hearin them the next day. That I can promiss. The morning flight is pretty quick. The ducks leave the fields in the mornijng to rest in the marshes. The afternoon hunt they fly in about 30-45mins b-4 shooting is closed and continue comming after legal shooting hrs. I hunt both. It's nice to be able to make an evening hunt after work. This is the first year that I plant the millets and corn. I usually plant rice and Rye grass, but after doing some research and being tired of not killing the numbers that I should I decided to plant what I did. We'll see how it works. If it is a success I'll plant more acreage next year. |
