Effective November 7, 2012 - November 5, 2016, there will be an open season on Porch Monkeys (Unemployus Africanus) aka jigaboos, saucerlips, shines, jungle bunnies, spooks, coons, n!gs, shadows, spearchuckers, bluegums, deuces, spades, critters, blackness, splibs, tar babies and moon crickets. Following regulations will be enforced: No hunting in areas known to be game preserves such as welfare offices, food stamp distribution centers, liquor stores, Cadillac dealerships, pork rib sections of meat markets, ghettos, or arenas where any basketball is played. Traps may not be baited with pork chops, fried chicken, collard greens, watermelon, cheap wine or Air Jordans. No more than 5 grams of crack cocaine may be used as bait per hunter, per day. |

Can I use chicken decoys , in the front yard so when they decoy I whack and stack. |

Absolutely. As long as they are not located in traps. I find the Rhode Island Reds work the best. |

If I can, I'd like to ask an objective question: Wouldn't everything here be considered protected by free speech? While it would only offend on other forums (not as much on this one, which is why I like it here), and people would get pissed off. Granted those sites' ban hammers would come down swift and unmercifully, but is there something illegal about it. I read a story not long ago (following an interaction between DG and I on this site that took a turn for the worst) about a guy in Birmingham, AL that was being arrested for tweeting direct threats against Obama's life. While what I was saying was no doubt distasteful, I like to think I know better than to make direct threats or say "I am going to..." anything. That being said, in what way does the law recognize the difference between advocating something (even in jest) and stating that you plan to do something? This is honestly an objective question that I'd like an informative answer to because I really don't know. I'm afraid that last time I really pissed off DG, which I really didn't intend to do. As much fun as he is to mess with on here, he's actually a great and incredibly hospitable guy who I'd like to call a friend... I guess what I'm saying is: I'd also like this to serve as my public apology to dguidry. |
