I heard that the LDW&F was considering allowing people to hunt alligators. Don't know all the rules & regs. on em though. I hunt em regardless!

I have some friends that live in kentucky that want to come down for a charter bow fishing trip. They are interested in shooting redfish and would like to shoot an alligator. Is there a charter in South Louisiana that offers alligator hunting? |

when I first joined this site I saw a picture of a group of people who went bow fishing and a woman shot an alligator. I think peck was in the pictures. So hopefully someone on here has some info. But they are to busy bitchin and crying about Fin' Avatars to worry about other sh*t!!! |

Google alligator hunting in LA. There are several outfits in S LA offering hunts but they are pricey. |

i second triple threat charters.... we hammered 'em.... it was a solid hunt. easy to get spoiled. i live in dallas now, and all we get to shoot in texas is non-game species, pretty much carp and gar. |

$550.00 for a maximum of 4 people price includes gas, ice, and equipment We require a $150.00 deposit for booking reservations. The captain has the right to cancel a trip due to weather conditions. Notice of cancellation must be received by Triple Threat Charters seven (7) days prior to trip date. If your trip is rescheduled you will not be charged a deposit. There will be no refund of your deposit for late cancellations. (straight of there site) |

ok I'm just a lil' gun shy with fishing charters. I had one in Florida for a 6 Hr snapper trip leave the dock at 6:00 and pull up at a fuel dock until 6:30 takin on fuel. The boat didn't have ice on it either. Then we leave and get out to the fishing hole fish for 2 hours and the captain said we were too drunk to fish????? WTF 2 hours of drinkin and we were drunk..No way..so he trolled around catchin banita the rest of the trip for bait to use on his trip the next day ...so when we got back to the dock we threw all the bait overboard..And didnt pay him for the whole trip..... |

He almost needed the police for him and his lil' deck hand....we had a group of 12 ppl onboard a 65 ft boat...for a lame a$$ fishing trip...that would have costed us over 2 grand, if we would have payed him all the money....The place is called the DESTIN ANGLER don't ever forkin go there....they are some A$$ holes!!!!!!! |

My brother and I both got picked to hunt gators in Pass A Loutre in Venice. It should be good. I will try to kill one with the bow that is the only reason we both applied. |
