Got my lower bought right before things got insane but am missing an upper... I ordered one through Midway USA and I ordered it they were backordered for a week... well that was a month ago and they just pushed the backorder status to 2/28/13 .... So should I cancel my order and look at my other options or just wait and get it when I get it? Im just not sure about legalitys if it comes to a potential ban and would hate to be stuck with a worthless lower if I cant get an upper ya know? Anybody wannt sell a upper?! lol |

You got the only ban-able part, none of the other pieces have serial numbers. I'd wait for the insanity to die down before buying the rest. |

Do not cancel that order. Buddy of mine put in his order for a upper with a different company in early dec with a back order status until late feb, when the recent school shooting took place and the ban talk got brought up again, he bought another but at that time the back order wait was until late april. Hold out to feb, thats not far away and the excitement from the wait is half the fun for me. |

Check PSA everyday. I just got two uppers from them in less than 20 days. They update their website daily. Just had 30 round mags for $17. |

I ordered a dsarms last February did not get it till October, bought my current lower in November and have been trying to source a BCG that ain't 400$ . Be patient is all the advice I got. Have done business with Palmetto State Armory several times great folks! |

DSA is just slow, lol. I've probably bought 10 FAL receivers from them over the years, and it's always an extended wait. Good products, but SLOW!!! |
