 Pearl river Hog hunt. IMG_0049.jpg
Only got the one. Spent a lot of time chasing hounds.
If anyone has found or hears of one found. Lost a Catahola Great Dane mix Red/black leopard pattern. Big SOB!Had a Green GPS collar. Lost signal like someone put his ass in a truck and took off. They were chasing near the highway between west pearl and middle pearl.
Garmin said they would reset the collar. The ol boy that owns it is going back and try
to find him. Lots of hogs were taken some boats had 4-6 saw more smaller ones than bigger.
There are some dog killers out there my son pepered a big SOB in the ass during duck season.

Re: Pearl river Hog hunt. Suppose to close the Pearl tonight because of high water and the wardens will be out tomorrow in full force!They just reopened the basturd now water jumped back up!

My buddy got his dog back! He wasn't missing he was taken!!
Ol boys had posted him for sale on La. sportsman!
Several people had taken him out on trials this last week and had
caught hogs with him! I guess they were asking to much!! LOL!
Hes the big SOB on the left by the knife.

Re: Pearl river Hog hunt. They were arrested by a Game Warden. They had turned the GPS collar off when they
took him. The Game Warden and friend were hunting on the Pearl river when they just happened to see the missing dog article on La Sportsman while they were waiting for their dogs to bay.
The friend says I just saw that dog catch yesterday and I know who has him!
They went to the kids house they're like 18 they got the collar back too.
Nothing worse than a dog thief!

Re: Pearl river Hog hunt. When they filed charges they asked the value of the dog.
$1000 and collar $200.
They had other dogs that were probably stolen.
One dog was traded for a fourwheeler.
They had alot of cut collars and vests that the game warden toke also
they aren't cheap so I'm sure they've been doing this for a long time!
They just finally got caught!!
