Post subject:  Redfish guide in SELA?

I want to take my dad on a redfishing trip in a few weeks. I searched on the Internet, bu it's hard to be sure what you'll get from that. Anybody got recommendations for a guide that really knows how to catch em?

Thanks.

Spence

Capt. Chris with cast and blast out of Delacroix will put you on them. He'll even put you on some just massive bulls out on the rigs. Not much to eat but fun to reel in between the trout.

Capt Jack - sweetwater lodge- out of Delacroix. He is Good people and will go the extra mile. The lodge is reasonable and nice if you want to sleep there the night before.

Plenty of captains in Dularge and that area has been doing real good with the reds lately.
Either Captain Marty Lacoste or Bill Lake can both set you up with a good trip

Let me guess, the whole beef between him and Bill Lake. What about the fact that Bill Lake has and still does attempt to run Marty into the ground. The funny thing is it hasn't effect Marty's business a bit. Its business. They both worked together for a while had a disagreement and now they don't it happens all the time in business. But regardless of personel disputs Marty will put his customers on the fish.

I don't doubt a bit that he will have a charter Saturday insteed of getting dirty at the trash bash. The op asked to get a good fishing trip and whether Marty is liked by everyone or not his reputation to put his clients on fish stands for itself. And don't get me wrong I don't have any problem with Bill he seems to be a nice guy thats why I also put his name out there as well.
