Anyone built a tolling fan for there mud boat?
Looking at building a fan for my Gator Tail for bowfishing I had a 18hp on my 1852 Southfork that I sold last yr and looking at putting something fairly close to the same size on my 1860 but got to thinking as hard as my 18hp fan pushed and with as high as I was going to half to make it so I could still drive the motor I'm thinking it's going to be to top heavy and easy to flip my boat. So has anyone built one on a mud rig? I would like to see some pictures if you have.

That seems like a lot of weight added for a mud motor. If I had a SD rig I would like to add front steering.

Do you really think it's necessary? What do you think you would gain over setting up a front steering getup for the GT?
