 mud hull for fishing
is a mud hull "gator tail" as stable more stable or less stable than standard hull

Depends on what your calling a standard hull. If your comparing a GTR/PD boat to a 21ft bayboat...then not real stable. But I think my 1848 PD boat is just as stable as the 2044 alweld tunnel I used to have.

Just because it says gator tail on the side won't affect the stability lol a 36 inch bottom is not stable a 60 inch bottom is, regardless of the name on the side.

My 54" pd boat is plenty stable when I'm fishing out of it.

How big a boy are ya? I'm 5'9'' 155 lbs and my 1848 is very stable. However, my fishing buddy is an enormous Fatass and it's not very stable with him in it!

Add catwalks I think that will help with making more stable.. I could be wrong tho
