we have enough people spread out all over the country, we should be able to keep a pretty close eye on the teal flight. who's seeing them?

Not what most of you want to hear, but we are seeing several groups of a hundred plus up here. Majority blue wings. Took my five year old son for a ride and he said, "Dad, look at all those baby ducks!"

Pigeon numbers are down..............

Best way to hunt them pigeons on the train bridge is to wait till dark, put on a small headlight and climb up the bridge where you will find them holed up for the night. Kinda like froggin but a little more verticle excitment.

Saw several thousand birds Sat morning while moving the pump to my pond in Gueydan. They were headed south from the north. It looked like they were just makin it down here. There were several small flocks on a few ponds around the blinds. Then Sat evening i saw probably the largest flight of my life right south of Midland . Huge cloud of dem little suckers looking for a place to roost.
