Ams fish hawk combo and be done.
Loose all the bowhunting mentality. No sights and no release. Instinctive shooting. Google ams bowfishing and read up.

I think the best bow on the market for its cost is discovery 2 29# draw. Light as hell and is only $170!! When ever I start replacing some older bows that is what I'm going with. Pse waves I'm not a fan of not that I have had issues with them I just don't like shooting them. AMS fish hawks to me are the worse bows I have. Again never had issues with them I just don't like shooting them. If you want to spend the $ osprey is your bow. Smooth and fast

Ddm is right in my opinion. I'm sellin my AMS and will be pickin up a discovery 2.

I would prefer to shoot Muzzy reels, but have had good luck with the AMS retrievers too.

Spinners are quick to shoot. But they are expensive to maintain and arrow lost is 10x more.

I agree with that too Terry, but I only have to maintain 1, not 10 so I like the spinners.

I don't think I've ever lost an arrow with the retrievers. I've never even pulled a stop off an arrow.

Both are good, it's just preference.
