Yeah, I got a shit ton of raffiaish grass free from work (7 55gal trashbags) tied it in bundles and am trying to dye it in boiling water just like it says... But the shit won't dye

might be better than raffia? If it doesn't absorb water it may not weather as easily?

I put mne in an ice chest filled with the dye and hot water, then put a brick on top to hold it down. Worked for me
