If you are grilling wraps....about a minute before you pull them off drizzle with steens.....The sweetness with the jalapeño is the ticket. Also if frying, use some roasted raspberry Chipotle sauce to dip them in.......

I like to boil Teal with the meat still on the breast plate like a dove. Boil them in beer and beef stock, then shred the meat and make legit mexican tacos. Also could use the meat to make tamales.

Rolled in flour and pan fried. Then smothered in gravy over rice. (Old Ladies Favorite)
In Gumbo
On the grill with the Bacon, Cream Cheese Jalapeno.

Or just about any way Huck Finn likes to cook them.

Take a whole plucked duck, inject it with cajun Injectors creole butter. Then stuff it with boudin without the casings. Wrap the whole duck in bacon. Put on bbq pit or smoker and smoke for about 4 hours

Black pot , 4 plucked ducks , brown ducks well , rotate on all sides , once browned Remove ducks , use duck fat add flour and make a dark roux, add trinity straight to roux . Reduce down add sliced carrots and potatoes . Add chicken stock , add ducks back to pot. Slow simmer for a couple hours . Pot of rice on the side . French bread . Meat will be fork tender , this recipe tends to be a little sweet, salt and season to taste. They won't even know its duck . Good eating and easy to make.

as mentioned above - breast cut open stuff with cream cheese and jalapeno and wrap in bacon.

OR simpler - cut into strips marinade in fav BBQ sauce - wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon - serve at a party.
