Okeechobee done - back to Canada
Well fellas its been a riot. Florida was all I expected it to be amd a ton more.
Even met a fellow MMT at the ramp today - thanks for the beer =)
I'll be posting up our story in a few days after we get back home and have better access to a computer.
It was slow duck hunting for us - got 3 birds in 2 morning hunts BUT
I did manage to catch 2 okeechobee bass - been a dream of mine to catch bass on lake O - objective complete
I'll write up the trip soon
Thanks all
Back to the -45F in my hometown.
Cheers.

Good Meeting you yesterday Brandon! You didn't miss much in the killing department last night, but we did find a pile of teal... Had a great time however- had a couple of MLB players with me that were just trying to take advantage of their last couple days of freedom before it's back to work... Have a safe trip home!

Better put your long handles on before you get on the plane - it's fricken cold and going to get colder next week. Barn thermometer said -14 last night at aboot 1 am when I had to get the skid loader out to dig/drag a truck out of the ditch.

Re: Okeechobee done - back to Canada
you'll need more than luck with this wierd winter - but a case of Monsters/Redbulls will greatly increase your chances of making it thru - good luck and hope they don't shut any roads down on you.

Home safe as of 2100h last night.
Only -1F too =)
No drama on the road, kept swake with BoJangles bo berry biscuits, and hot fresh krispy Kreme doughnuts.
