I could probably get it set up at my boys restaurant called Spahrs in Des Allemands. We can probably go a fresh water and salt water class. |

Cool, I will set up an event in either April or May. I will find us a good cause to donate money to. I will try and get it set up at Spahrs in Des Allemands, Louisiana. We can do registration. Please leave as many ideas as you can on this thread so that we can put the best plan together. |

I would definitely go farther south and make it a saltwater tournament. Des Allemands would pretty much be freshwater only. |

Lafitte has it all. Fresh salt and relatively small water for mudboats. Also has cabins to stay in at the end if the road down there Does anyone have scales for the weigh in? |

Just wanted to chime in here to say I think this is a great idea that could really turn into something. I also want to mention that if MMT's name is anyhow attached to this event, we would need to check into things like event insurance first before I can approve using the name. You have to protect yourselves with these things to make sure if something happens I'm not liable. You can of course go on with it as you please but I would really like to have MMT's name in the event's title so if yall can give some time to check into insurance costs that'd be great. |
