Headed down to Delacroix again in a few weeks and will have several kids tagging along. I want my nephews to experience catching some fish as they have never been to the marsh. I usually throw a dead shrimp under a popping cork, but that would get real expensive with my 3 boys and three nephews. So what are some of your go to easy to use, artificial lures I should have them throwing? A rattle trap comes to mind but looking for some other options as well. Thanks! |

What freshwater lures will work on them? Im going down there before long and have a ton of bass lures. I figure flukes and crankbaits should work? |

Here's one they like 'round here. Called a Gag's Grabber but they're getting hard to find. Paw in law used to get 'em from a shop in Grand Isle but he up and retired so I've hadda order the last batch. They bout high as giraffe hootenanny though now I heard. |
