We had one just like that at a camp around hazelhurst ms. I was about 12 the first time I saw her. I happened to be huntin a stand called "the graveyard" that mornin (30 yards behind the tree was an old 19th century graveyard). It was foggy as shit and she just kind of appeared directly behind me, we stared at each other for a solid 10 minutes and then she stomped and seemed to almost melt back into the fog instead of run off. I'm not gonna lie, when your 12 years old and an all white deer appears to have manifested itself from the fog and is standing amongst a bunch of headstones, your imagination runs wild. I didn't tell my dad about it until a couple of months later when another member got a couple of trail-cam pictures of her. Up to that point i was almost convinced I had seen some kind of damn ghost deer.. |
