 Nothing Like a Split limb...
Yesterday I took my bow to cabelas (one of my buddies is a bow tech there) to get a final tune up done before season... Well, low and behold after seeing the draw weight was a little low and proceeding to turn up the limbs a hairline split reared its ugly head... Now I'm frantically searching the internet for a new bow... Im looking at getting an Bowtech RPM 360, any other suggestions?

Re: Nothing Like a Split limb...
The bow I was shooting was a Browning Illusion I bought in 09'; Pops has a Mathews Reezen and Father in law shoots a Z7 extreme, I've shot both and wasnt crazy about either... My buddy just bought a 360 and the thing is crazy smooth and fast... I have been in the market for a new bow and told myself I was gonna wait at until this season was over, but now being under the gun and not having researched the new bows a whole lot up until the last 24 hours... just trying to get some input...
Odass, I appreciate the offer; Your generosity is a true testament to the guys on this site who are willing to try and help a guy out of a jam, Thanks

No problem man, got a extra bow here, won't get used, but honestly if I was buying one and I just did, I would look at the hoyts. I got the faktor 30 and I love it. I got a complete pass through on my bull elk , it's light ass all get out and dead in the hand. It's also super quiet!

Man you need to look up HuntersFriend.com get whatcha want and I'm dead serious 'bout this, you can draw and hit with it right outta the case they send it in!!!!!!!!!! Only drawback is that they aren't supposed to sell some of the bows if you're within a certain distance to a local dealer. Best folks I've dealt with by far when it comes to mail/Internet ordering anything. I think they're in Klantucky.

Re: Nothing Like a Split limb...
It just so happens I came across both an ebay ad and an ad on archery talk for an RPM 360, so I went ahead and bid up my max bid on ebay and won the thing... I would have went ahead and gotten a complete package like you mentioned bug but I also just upgraded some equipment, New IQ 5 pin sight and QAD HDX rest.... Needless to say Im pumped to get it all moved over to this bow and start flinging arrows with it.... Thanks for all the help guys!
