Two of my hunting buddies and I struck out Wed morning for a little hunting and for one of them to compete in the World Duck Calling Contest. Hunting was a little tough because of lack of water but we did scratch out one good morning while we were there and was able to get it on film with Cuttin Outdoors as they prepare
for their chance to win The Search which will be airing on The Pursuit Channel. Also celebrated Thanksgiving at Mr. Butch Richenback's and listened to a few stories about him starting up as he showed us his "Duck Call Room". He is doing great after his lung surgery as well!

Its amazing how good the hunting can be in private timber. I would like a visit in the 'duck call room'. I like that kind of waterfowl history.

I doubt it was private timber.

It was either private or they drove a long way between Stuttgart and the only flooded public timber in arkansas

It was public. And didn't have to drive far at all. Just had to put time in to find some water and birds.

I've known Blake and his dad for probably 7 years now. We hunt together and guided together when we were guiding.
