This is my Wife fishing for Whites on the Navasota River just above Lake Limestone. Most of the fish weigh between 2 and 2 1/2 pounds. Really Big Whites. Unfortunately if you don't know a Private Property Owner in the Area, you must put in Lake Limestone, go through the Lake, then have someone show you how to get in the river. My Boat has a bunch of dents from fishing this area. Even if you know somebody to get your boat in, there is a log Jam that you have to jump.

We both caught our limit in about two hours.

You can put in off the 164 Bridge if you have a Kayak but no way to get any other kind of boat in there.
