The river has been up with all the rain we have had recently. Tperkins and myself have been catching the cats pretty consistently while the woods are flooded. Growing up on the coast, neither of us have much fresh water fishing experience so this has been a blast for us. Last two trips out. |

Only other boats I've seen back there were y'all and a family in a big sea-ark the day before. They looked lost though. |

That's a nice mess of cats! We've been setting limb lines in the morning, bass fishing for a few hours and checking them on the way in. Brought home 4-5 nice fish the past few times out. If you put your lines in the right places when the water starts falling hard, you'll load that boat up  Oh, and wear some damn shoes ya goofy rednecks!! Ever been finned in the top of the foot? Not a good day

Me and the little one been catching some. Managed 10 yesterday afternoon on a few noodles. Caught a 7lb blue with a dip net yesterday too.  |
