I am finally getting my daughter to start enjoying going on the boat. It was always like pulling teeth to get her to go out. I thought of an idea that actually worked. I told her that our neighbors wanted to go out on a perch charter and I really needed her to be the first mate. I told her she had to explain everything to our neighbors daughter who is 7 years old. She was all over it. "Yeah dad for sure. I can show her how to reel and how to tie up to the dock and where to sit". When we got home she asked for a cut of the $40 in gas money though. |

Yeah it is worth the handful of trips a season. Pretty soon she will just want to lay out and get a tan |

Lol . I can tell now my lil girl will be to prissy to want to go duck hunting or fishing often with dad. My baby son is my only hope lol |
