Post Ducks in Texas
Where are they?! We have been hunting hard this year, and trying lots of new things, but nothing seems to produce. Got a quick strap of woodies this mornin though. Not bad for a school day! Anyone been having the same luck as us? Or maybe been shootin like crazy?

Yea, your talkin about the atchafalaya? I went to LSU last year and i remember passing it every time i went home for the weekend. Seems like it'd hold alot of birds. Always loved seeing the huge blinds out there too.

Yea, i just put a new rope on it, and while the starter was getting rebuilt i decided to just pull start her. Rope snapped in the process, so she's saggy for now
