Looking for some ideas on building a light rail for my Prodigy. I'm having someone weld it for me, but I'm just looking for different ideas.

I was thinking of using the two holes in the front where the headlight currently fits in to the hull to secure it up front. I just don't know how exactly to go about the rest. The builder suggested a 3 piece setup (one up front like I said that fits in to the two holes, then one rail for each side) that the two side pieces would bold to the gunwale into holes that he drills and taps. I'm not against this idea, I was just looking at all my options before committing to a design. I was hoping to be as least invasive as possible.

I will have two of the 18" slides up front and will use them as deck extensions while bowfishing. The handrails could be used to secure it down, I just don't know how I want to build it. I also thought of have upside-down "U" shaped saddles that sit on the grab bar for extra support. I will be using 14 - 50w warm leds (2 up front facing straight, one in each corner at a 45*, and then 5 down each side).

Any suggestions would be awesome.

I had Prodigy include mine when I bought my boat. I have pads welded to the boat and they are tapped. Not sure if you would be able to do that with your grab bars.

That's the route I ended up going. the fab guy said he can make it happen that way, so we will see. I'll post some pics once I get it all rigged up.
