 Trolling motor mount

Post Trolling motor mount
Looking for ideas for an after market Gator Mount for a foot controlled trolling motor. I know I can buy one online for around $350 and I got a buddy that could build me one. Was just wanting to see or hear some ways that others have done it as well.
