At least you have a food plot! We planted almost 3 weeks ago and haven't seen anything. Rigged up a watering rig today and going to try to hit it once a week.

I thought I was going to die during Teal... That's what I get for being cheap and wearing neoprene.

Damn, I wore waders every day and that opening Sunday I froze, then the last weekend was pretty cool too.

I've got 5mm neos with 1000g boots and I can think of twice that I've really needed them.... The rest of the times they're usually borerline too warm. I'd like to get some Cabelas breathables

I've worn mine in temps right around zero and not for a second wished I had on my neos. Took me a few years and I gradually started wearing the breathables in colder and colder weather. Now I can't think of any reason I'd put the neo's on again. Just layer up right. Def no need for the neo's in tx or la, up in canada or something where sub zero is normal, maybe...not down here though.

True, and not to mention I HATE the Velcro straps on these LaCrosse's they come loose every freaking time you bend over to pick something up or move the wrong way. Complete pain in the ass. I'll never buy another pair like this. They'll have adjustable straps and buckles from here on out.

Velcro on wader straps suck.

It's simple. get a mud motor. shoot ducks in the face.

I just wear neoprene because I hate wearing jeans in waders so I normally just wear a pair of gym shorts
