I don't know anything about the Shadow free from Cabelas, but I have owned (2) of the Ultimate's going on 5 seasons now.
Zero Complaints other than they are heavy.

Cabelas does make a quality layout

If you want a low profile blind the avery power hunter is hard to beat

It's simple. get a mud motor. shoot ducks in the face.

I got the cabelas mobile 1. It was the cheapest 1 and very low pro. I spray painted mine with 3 different color of brown to blend into a open unplanted field that had a large puddle in it that birds were using basically had no cover other than using some ditch grass and trying to blend in to a little weeded patch on the edge of the water. We hammered birds shot roughly 100 geese and roughly 40-50 teal. Maybe not the most comfortable blind out there but its extremely light and sits about even or below the stubble on a combined corn field. Sometimes I pack it into rivers spots I access from land and just lay along the bank.

Appreciate the input fellas. One reason I'm looking at it is because the back support is wide, I'm a large guy so this is a plus.
