Anyone ever had a chicken breast stuffed with crab or shrimp? I've got some in the freezer, thought about putting the two together. |

I'm thinking of a broasted goose. ( speckle belly) . The way my grandmother did it. . In a pressure cooker , stuffed , with carrots , potatoes and the trinity . It would cook in it's own juices for about. 4 hours . Fork tender. Pot of white rice. , it will make it's own gravy . Yep probably for Christmas. H Finn |

I dont know much about cooking but I do know a good bit about eating. I think 4 hrs in a pressure cooker and you would have goose mush. You might wanna try a big pot in the oven. |
