Some of you have lost all sense of perspective. I'm blasted on here because I'm a democrat. Otherwise, my non political threads and comments do not rise to the level of significant controversy that would warrant sanctioning at all.

Being a dem doesn't have much to do with this feeble attempt at a little attention for the week. The biggest issue is your screwed up version of right and wrong and how you go about "fighting" for it. This doesn't have a whole lot to do with party affiliation however it does seem to run hand in hand in a lot of cases so I can see how people could lump them together without a second thought.

Warranted is not whether or not you can win a lawsuit or not in your opinion. It's whether or not "Hot Coffee" needs to really be printed on the cup. You genuinely think when you're threatening litigation you're right and someone needs to be punished by whatever the legal system decides, because you got your feelings hurt or started something, knowing full well you wouldn't be able to finish it without someone else's help.

And when you say anything, it doesn't mean jack to some of us. Because regardless of your seriousness, you aren't actually right morally. And your civic lessons only matter if someone cares what YOU have to say.

How many times has dguidry violated the MMT T&C, been reported and no action has been taken by the mods?
