My first trip to Caddo I did a lot of research on where to run. I found a file on the internet good for Garmin and other compatible devices. You can use your Waypoint Manager to upload the tracks to your GPS device.

Here's the link to download the zip file to obtain the tracks. I just uploaded it to my Garmin and it shows all the ditches and they are all labeled.

Download Zip file. Unzip files and place on desktop.

Run waypoints manager your device should be plugged into your computer at this point.

Open the file using waypoint manager. The file should be on your desktop that you just extracted. Either one will work.

Once opened you'll see tracks on the waypoint manager program export the file to your garmin. You are exporting tracks only.
